After his five year tenure in Rwanda, the outgoing EU boss, David McRae, during an exclusive interview with The New Times, said that among the issues that impressed him most about the country is the level of security. According to the EU boss, without security, it would have been difficult for Rwanda to register progress at the rate it has. Now that security, undeniably the backbone for development is strong and firm, the momentum of making Rwanda a destination for doing business must be accelerated.
