Statesmen condemn Genocide
The former Presidents of Botswana and Portugal yesterday condemned the evil motives that led to the outbreak of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, adding that such massacres should never happen again. Presidents Festus Mogae and Jorge Sampaio of Botswana and Portugal respectively, made the remarks after their visit to the Gisozi Genocide Memorial site in Kigali.
