FDLR blocks troop movement The Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) has started the use of landmines to block the movements of Congolese soldiers conducting operations against the rebel group in South Kivu province. The commander of the operations in South Kivu Colonel Delphin Kahimbi has said. Pentecostal Church reopens Kicukiro district has given a go-ahead to African Christian Church Rwanda to restart operations after months of closure.
