Editor, I recently received an email from the London School of Commerce (LSC) which offered a discount on tuition for Rwandan students. This email said that the LSC’s International Marketing Officer, Florence Sutherland, had reportedly announced that they were giving a 40 percent tuition discount starting this year, in October.
