The Equity Market During the week, ROTC recorded a turnover of Rwf 247,500 from 1500 KCB shares in one transaction reported at a price of Rwf 165. In Nairobi KCB share price opened at 22.75 Kshs (169 Rwf) and closed at the same price this afternoon having touched a low of Ksh 21.00(Rwf 156) in mid week. The Bond Market: The bond market continues to be quiet as no transactions have been recorded. At the close of the business, Rwf 2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf 99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf 2 billion and Rwf 5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.
