In reaction to article “NCHE vets varsities” in the New Times of 6th August 2009
Dear Editor, It is my humble appeal to the NCHE to take a tough stance against the higher institutions of learning like the Kibungo University for Agriculture and Technology (UNATEK), Ruhengeri-based Education Institute (INES), Kigali Institute of Management (KIM), Rwanda Tourism University College (RTUC) and Ruli Nursing College, which are operating on a conditional provisional license.
The National University of Rwanda is a fully accredited institute of higher learning, something that every institute should emulate.
