Editor, I fully agree with the Central Bank Governor Francois Kanimba and NBR’s Senior Director, Financial Stability, Angelique Kantengwa that QUESTNET is a fraudulent company. Questnet has cheated millions here in India, including myself, and I would not like my brothers and sisters in Rwanda to be cheated likewise. All the assurances given by the Company are totally FALSE. After duping millions, they have just wound up their operations here in India and disappeared. The so called “gold coins “ and other gold items like watches, which they claim are of great value, are fetching me very little, just a small fraction of what I invested, with a hope of getting a good return on my investment. When they came into Mumbai, they rented a wonderful office, just to cheat the public that they are a sound multinational company. Today they have just disappeared and like myself, millions here in India have been cheated. There is nobody to turn to for a solution. Rwandans, please do not fall for this scheme. I have suffered and definitely would not like you to also suffer. I know Rwanda welcomes new business ventures but these should not come in with the aim of cheating the innocent and unsuspecting people of Rwanda.
