Rwandan musician Bwiza has announced that she will launch her second album, 25 Shades, in Brussels, Belgium, on March 8, coinciding with the celebration of the International Women’s Day. The KIKAC Music-signed artiste made the development close to two years after dropping her debut album, My Dream, which made an impact to her rise to becoming one of the best artistes in Rwanda. Bwiza said that 25 Shades reflects her age and the multiple facets of her life and her music journey so far. “Ever since I was young, I used to dream and have bigger goals. With the support of my parents, good leadership, and more, I have been able to achieve them,” she said. “I will be celebrating what I achieved ever since I was young, until today.” Bwiza hinted that 25 Shades album launch will feature performances by fellow Rwandan artistes whose names will be confirmed in due course, according to the singer. The Ben could join her in Brussels for the concert should ongoing negotiations with her management bear positive results. The two recently worked recorded a song together titled ‘My Best Friend,’ and it has been dominating the airwaves since its release in November. Bwiza is the product of The Next Diva music contest, a platform introduced by KIKAC Music in 2021 with the aim to discover young female artistes and give them a platform to grow their music talent. She won the contest, beating 30 other female contestants and was since signed to do her music under the management of KIKAC Music, currently led by Jean Claude Uhujimfura.
