School director in court over embezzlement
SOUTHERN PROVINCE MUHANGA - The director of the Adventist Institute of Sciences and Pedagogy (ISPAG) has appeared before the Nyamabuye upper court over allegations of embezzling Rwf 39million, meant for school fees for orphans of the genocide.
