Rwanda Energy Group (REG) basketball club have acquired the services of star point guard Aganze Bazihima on a two-year contract. The 25-year-old is crossing over from United Generation Basketball (UGB). He spent five years at UGB, and played a key role as the club secured a sixth-place finish in the 2024 season of the Rwanda Basketball League. I'm very happy to join a big club like REG. I'm sure I will work well with my new teammates and perform at a high level in the league and other competitions, Aganze told Times Sport. The 2025 Rwanda Basketball League (RBL) is set to tip off on January 24. REG will commence their campaign against Orion on January 24.
