Relegation-threatened Etincelles FC will be looking to start 2025 with a win over AS Kigali when the pair square off at Umuganda Stadium, Rubavu, on Tuesday, January 7. The Rubavu-based side sits bottom of the Rwanda Premier League table with 11 points, one poit shy of Kiyovu SC. They last won a league match on November 1, 2024 when they beat Gasogi United 1-0. AS Kigali, currently 4th on the table with 26 points, will be looking to register a win away from home to close the gap existing between them and leaders Rayon Sports. Of 14 games played so far, they have recorded eight wins, two draws and four defeats.
