By Thursday this week there was still no transactions recorded on the Rwanda OTC Market. At the close of the session, KCB counter had no shares on offer and no buyers. On Wednesday, on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) KCB shares traded between Ksh 22.00(Rwf162) and Ksh 23.00 (Rwf169) to close at Ksh 22.50 (Rwf 165), which is the same as Wednesday’s closing price of Ksh 22.50(Rwf 165). However the bond market was also quiet as no transactions were recorded. At the close of the business, Rwf 2 billion worth of government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf 99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf 2 billion and Rwf 5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively. There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50. Ends
