Kepler basketball club have won battle to sign point guard Olivier Turatsinze despite an earlier attempt by Patriots to add him to their roster, a source confirmed to Times Sport. Recently, the Espoir point guard had agreed to join Patriots but the deal fell through after the club refused to pay his release clause. ALSO READ: Turatsinze joins Patriots ahead of new season Turatsinze, 23, has been a key player for Espoir, having helped them finish in third place in the 2023 Rwanda Basketball League season. His performance also saw him named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2023 regular season which he finished leading the scoring charts with 507 points.
