Bugesera FC delivered a surprising late comeback to hold Police FC to a thrilling 2-2 draw in a week 13 clash at Kigali Pele Stadium on Friday. Despite Police FC's early dominance and a 2-0 lead within the first 22 minutes, Bugesera fought back impressively to claim a share of the points. Umar Abba pulled one back for Bugesera with a fine effort in the 25th minute, shifting the momentum of the match. Both sides created multiple chances for the rest of the half but failed to add to the scoreline before the break. In the second half, Bugesera focused on defending resolutely while seeking counter-attacking opportunities. Their perseverance paid off late in the game when Yannick Bizimana, a former APR striker, delivered a late equalizer in the 88th minute to secure a draw for Bugesera.
