The Rwanda Over The Counter (OTC) market was quiet yesterday with no transaction was recorded. At the close of the session, Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) counter had no shares on offer and no buyers. However on Thursday last week on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), KCB shares traded between Ksh23.25 (Rwf172) and Ksh23.75 (Rwf174) to close at Ksh 23.25 (Rwf172), a decrease of Ksh.25 (Rwf2) from Wednesday’s closing price of Ksh23.50 (Rwf174). The bond market was also silent with no trading recorded. At the close of the business, Rwf2 billion worth of government bonds were on offer at Rwf99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf2 billion and Rwf5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively. There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50. Ends
