Land office decries capacity gap
KIGALI - The Director General of the National Land Centre, Dr. Emmanuel Nkurunziza said that land offices in the country lack professionals making it difficult for his institution to deliver services well. “The recent national skills audit showed that the land sector lacks skilled labour,” Dr. Nkurunziza who is also the Registrar of Land Titles in the country said.
