Red hot striker Fall Ngagne has said that he still has a lot to do at Rayon Sports to justify club’s choice to sign him. The Senegalese forward has been in fine form on his debut season at Rayon Sports. He currently leads the Rwanda Premier League scoring charts with six goals including a brace in club’s 3-0 win against Vision FC on November 30. He has flourished under head coach Robertinho and but he feels he can deliver much more to prove his worth and help the club end their five-year title drought. I am here to prove myself that I can help the club to move to a higher level. Now is time to do business on field and give 100% and keep moving forward on table,” he said. It's fair enough to say that Ngagne has taken the Rwanda Premier League by storm. His performance has pushed the club at the top of the table with 29 points after 11 league games but he admits still has a point to prove. He may be seen on the pitch with hunger to score goals but the Senegalese feels happier when the team wins even if he doesn’t score. “I am happy to score goals as striker because I have to score so that team can earn three points. It is very important for us to win the game than me to score but of course I have to give 100% as striker to help my team to earn many points,” he said. Ngagne joined Rayon Sports in early August and he has established himself among key players for coach Robertinho. He said that he is settling for life at the club which he admires a lot for its large fan base while his current relationship with his teammates has also helped him to adapt quickly. I feel good and adapting in my club. It’s a wonderful opportunity to play for Rayon Sports with their fan base and everything is going well. Players have been helpful off and on field and that’s what I am scoring,” he said. Rayon Sports are yet to lose in the league this season. It remains to be seen whether they will maintain their unbeaten run when they host APR FC in the 1000 Hills derby on Saturday, December 7 at Amahoro Stadium.
