Rwanda Premier League title contenders AS Kigali FC will face Musanze FC in a rescheduled match at Kigali Stadium on Wednesday, November 2, seeking to move into second place. The match tie was postponed in August because AS Kigali were preparing for their CAF Confederation Cup matches. We need to win this game as we want to stay in the title race. Our players know very well that a win on Wednesday will give us a great deal of confidence going into the next fixtures,” said head coach Andre Casa Mbungo. On Sunday, October 30, AS Kigali beat Gasogi United 1-0 at Kigali Stadium which moved them to the third place with 12 points tallying with Musanze who have played more games. AS Kigali has played four games while Musanze played 6 games. AS Kigali will play against Bugesera on November 6, at Kigali Stadium. If AS Kigali manages to get a win over Musanze, they could move to second place. Other postponed matches will see Rutsiro host Gorilla on November 3 while Espoir host defending champions APR.
