Rwandan winger Noam Emeran could leave for Dutch second tier club De Graafschap FC in the January 2025 transfer window. Emeran, 22, joined Groningen from Manchester United for a reported fee of £850,000 on a four-year deal in the summer of 2023 but has been only restricted to the bench. He has made 15 appearances for Groningen, 12 of which were during the second tier league last season. Dutch media outlets report that Emeran and teammate Kevin Van Veen are transfer targets of De Graafschap who are seeking promotion to the Eredivisie. They could move either on loan or on a permanent deal. Emeran, who has been capped twice by France at U6 level, is eligible to play for the Rwanda. He is yet to be capped internationally at any senior level.
