Brazilian coach Roberto Oliveira Gonçalves do Carmo, best known as Robertinho, returned to Rayon Sports for a second spell with a mission to bring the club back to glory days. It is half a decade since Rayon Sports last won the league title and Robertinho doesn’t believe the club is in the right place and he wants to bring it back where it belongs. His Blues are leading the charge in Rwanda Premier League with 20 points, two points clear of second-placed Gorilla FC who they are playing on Sunday, November 24 at Kigali Pelé Stadium. Now it is a new phase where we start to rebuild the strong team which can win league and peace cup consistently,” Rayon are unbeaten so far this campaign and Brazilian believes his side can build on the run and go on to win the title which they last won in 2019. “I feel like I’ve come here to settle down, stay for a while and achieve a lot of good things.
