President Paul Kagame, on Saturday, November 23, appointed Jean Bosco Ntibitura as the new governor of Western Province, replacing Lambert Dushimimana who has held the office since September last year. Ntibitura previously served as Director General in charge of Internal Security in the National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS).
