Its good news for the mobile phone users after Lap Green Network took over Rwandatel.This implies that we shall have a substitute to MTN. Monopolistic power will be broken bringing in reduced costs of operating mobile phones in the country. Secondly, government is likely to experience increased revenues through taxation and it means a lot to the development of the private sector in the country.
