Determination and strong will led to victory

Ambassador Col. (Rtd) Dr Joseph Karemera was one of the founding members of the Rwandese Patriotic Front/ Army (RPF/Army) after spending 40 years in exile. As a medical doctor, he also treated the liberators who fell sick or those who were injured in the line of fire. The New Times’ Ignatius Ssuuna spoke to him about Liberation day and the memories that come along with it.
