Kagitumba money-changer drugged and left for dead

EASTERN PROVINCE Gatsibo—Activities at the border of Kagitumba and Mirama have come to a standstill when a renowned money-changer man was on Thursday morning found lying unconscious in Mountain View hotel at Sofia.
