Umoja Wetu seems distant memory
Editor,When we were all still patting ourselves on the back along with our Congolese neighbours after the Rwanda– DRC joint operation “Umoja Wetu” not many would of thought that the FDLR would still be claming lives just a few months after the operation as more reports suggest during the weekend.
