Rwandan musician Benjamin Mugisha, also known as The Ben, is gearing up for a music tour in Canada after confirming four concerts in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Edmonton. It’s a tour during which the “Plenty” hit maker hopes to celebrate music with fans who have connected with his sound and story from afar. His Canada tour is spearheaded by Euphoria Records Company, a company dedicated to supporting Rwandan artists’ international endeavors. The company promoting the music tour has worked tirelessly to establish avenues for African artists in North America, helping amplify their music and connect with fans across continents. According to the tour schedule, The Ben will stage a Valentine’s Day performance in Montreal on February 14 and Edmonton March 1. The dates for his performances in Toronto and Ottawa are yet to be confirmed. The Ben announces his return to Canada a year after yet another performance at the 2023 “Rwanda Youth Convention” in Ottawa and Gatineau from November 25-26. The event, organized by the Government of Rwanda in partnership with diaspora networks and the International Rwanda Youth for Development (IRYD), drew over 2,000 attendees, bringing together Rwandans from across North America.
