ICRC embarks on Rwf 200m housing project
The International Committee of the Red Cross has commissioned a Rwf 200m project to build houses for survivors of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The Mayor of Gasabo district,Claudine Nyinawagaga, launches the construction of 60 houses, as President of Red Cross Rwanda Dr.Bernard Nzigiye looks on.
