APR FC hierarchy has removed Col (Rtd) Richard Karasira from his role as club chairman after 17 months in office. The decision, reportedly communicated to Karasira on Thursday, November 7, follows recent internal changes within the club’s management. Karasira follows other key club officials, including Team Manager Eric Ntazinda and Finance Manager Georgine Kalisa, who were also removed from their positions.
