Amavubi head coach Torsten Spittler said he is impressed with the team's continuous improvement after it triumphed over Djibouti in a CHAN 2025 qualifiers’ game in Kigali on Thursday, October 31. We tried to press them from the beginning; lots of things went well. We could have scored more goals,” he said. On why he made five changes to the team which lost 1-0 in the first leg, Spittler mentioned that it was necessary to bring in new players to make the team better.
