On June 12, 2009 – at exactly 2:02 a.m., I was fast asleep when the message tone of my phone started beeping. I woke up to read the message, only to find it was MTN notifying me of changes in their billing format. While I do appreciate letting me know of the changes, it is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional to send clients such messages at such an awkward time. I hope it does not happen again.
