Defiant Tucak vows to fight on

Under-fire Amavubi Stars head Coach Tucak Branko has vowed never to quit his job even if his task of guiding the national team to the 2010 World/Africa Cup finals falls apart. The Croat recently put to rest rumours that he could quit if Rwanda continues her dismal outing in the remaining Group C fixtures. “I will never resign. I will continue to do my work and leave the rest to my bosses,” Tucak said. “Right now, I have a job to do and that is to help Rwanda qualify to either the 2010 World Cup or Africa Nations Cup finals.” Rwanda’s dream of making a debut World Cup appearance, let alone a second appearance in Africa’s Nations Cup, was dealt a major setback after their 1-0 defeat against Zambia.
