Amavubi midfielders Anicet Ishimwe and Bonheur Mugisha have said the team has what it takes to overcome Benin when the two sides lock horns in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers on Friday, October 11. Rwanda are currently third in Group D having recorded a 1-1 draw with Libya in Tripoli before holding Group leaders Nigeria to a 0-0 draw in Kigali. Benin on the other hand are second in the Group. They lost 3-0 to Nigeria before coming from behind to beat Libya 2-1 in Abidjan.
