Editor, Just few days ago, Rwandatel’s Corporate Communications Manager Ms. Kabasiita wrote to The New Times letters page in response to a letter written by Ronnie Makuza. Mr. Makuza complained about the fact that every Sunday for the last few weeks Internet connection was non-existent. I would like to add my voice to the clamour. Rwandatel isn’t doing its job. Again, this Sunday, connection disappeared. I don’t want another longwinded explanation, I want the problem rectified. And I don’t want it rectified at 3am on Monday morning, I work on Sundays and I need the Internet then. Thank you.
