Rwandan teenager Collins Kagame has signed for semi-professional English football club Hyde United FC on a one-year deal. Kagame, 18, joined the Greater Manchester-based team as a free agent from Oldham Athletic U18. The enterprising offensive midfielder netted 9 goals for Oldham U18 last season but chose to part ways with them. Born to Rwandan parents in England, Kagame is eligible to feature for both nations at international football but he is yet to be capped at any level. Hyde United, founded in 1919, is among the most decorated teams in the English lower tier league, having won a total of 34 trophies so far in their history.
