It is evident that many Rwandans are still stigmatised with the reality of HIV/Aids scourge. And yet, the simple fact is that many people are still dying and children being orphaned by the disease every year. I therefore request government, together with the ministry of Health to work further and raise awareness of HIV/Aids. The health department should particularly target HIV prevention methods like mother-to-child transmissions and abstinence. Let us work at saving lives because life is precious. Gitarama
