Help integrate the refugees back into society
Editor, Rwandans who have lived in exile are all over the news. This follows their repatriation that kicked off early last month. Some of the refugees have bribed Ugandan local leaders to acquire documents, which would have identified them as Ugandans, in order to dodge the repatriation exercise.
