The University of Rwanda (UR) has announced that it will hold its 10th Graduation Ceremony on October 25, at the Huye Campus stadium. The event will see around 8,000 students receive their degrees in wide range of academic programmes and levels. UR was formed in 2013 following the merger of the former National University of Rwanda and six other public institutions of higher learning. It has more than 30,000 students in six colleges across the country. It offers up to 87 undergraduate programmes and 138 postgraduate programmes.
