Police Spokesperson CP Jean Bosco Kabera later said that concert organisers, bar and pub owners are encouraged to ask people to not only present national IDs but to also ban those with indecent dressing from entering the places. While people thought that it was just the polices opinion as long as no rules and regulations were issued publicly about what to wear and what not to wear at concerts, it came to people’s attention when some female concert goers missed Kizz Daniel’s performance on Saturday because they were dressed indecently. Majority of the public on social media argue that police shouldnt police how people dress, even though some churches have been appealing for the government to take action on the dressing code at concerts. The question remains: should the publics dress code be regulated?
