Editor,Thank you for the good work you are doing in distributing information to the public. However, I’m getting confused about some of the articles in the newspaper. An article by Robert Mugabe last week, about the planned aviation centre, was puzzling. He questionably referred to the planned Kigali aviation centre as one that will be the first of its kind in the region. Uganda and Kenya have had aviation schools in place since the 40s and they are the best in the region. Am I quoting you right? “ivan” ivan@smsmedia.info Editors Note- The planned aviation center in Rwanda will be different from the others in the region because it will have a helicopter pilot training programme as well as normal airplane training.
