Rwanda Defence Force (RDF)'s Chief of Defence Staff (RDF), General Mubarakh Muganga, paid a visit to APR FC on Thursday, September 12 during the team's penultimate training session ahead of its clash with Egyptian giants Pyramids FC. APR will be locking horns with Pyramids FC on Saturday, September 14 at Amahoro Stadium in the second round of the CAF Champions League qualifiers. Darko Novic, APR's head coach said the visit came at a critical time and it will serve as a motivation for the team. “It’s always uplifting to be visited by high-ranking officials, as it shows we have support from the top. It has given us additional energy to perform well in the game against Pyramids,” he noted.
