ARNAUD MUGISHA Gatera, commonly known as DJ Marnaud, is set to celebrate his music experience in the past nine years. The renowned DJ will host music lovers in a concert dubbed ‘Marnaud Music Therapy (MMT)’, on July 1, at Juru Park, in Rebero. MMT is the first music experience for the DJ and singer, to entertain his fans in Kigali. In an interview with The New Times, Gideon Gasana, organiser of the concert, said the purpose of the show is to let people experience the “great works” of DJ Marnaud over the years. “The journey of almost nine years in the music industry has been a blend of challenges. This is to celebrate where Marnaud is now and present his great music and talents to music lovers in Kigali,” Gasana said. The show will include performances from South African rapper and Amapiano singer Costa Titch, alongside other local singers, according to the organisers. “DJ Marnaud, currently the number one singer with more of Amapiano songs in Rwanda, used that as an opportunity to invite his friend Costa Titch, whom they have been in contact with since March, to come and grace the show,” Gasana said. DJ Marnaud added that he cant wait to share with his fans what he has kept for them and that this is the best time he needs music lovers to show their support. Born Constantinos Tsobanoglou, Costa Titch, is a rapper and singer who rose to fame after releasing his song, “Big Flexa,” featuring C’buda M, Alfa Kat, Banaba Des, Sdida and Man T.
