The much-anticipated Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) is set to take place next month in Rwanda, the Commonwealths youngest member. Over 5,000 delegates from the 54 member countries of the Commonwealth will gather in Kigali, Rwanda’s capital.
