Editor, I work at the Hon. Polisi Denis building opposite the Ministry of Justice. However, there is a new access tarmac road from the main airport road-that leads to Kacyiru Post office, which poses danger to pedestrians. Every time I cross this road I have to be extra careful not to be knocked down by speeding vehicles. I have on several occasions seen many pedestrians almost being knocked down. I request Kigali City Council to help us fix humps on this road before accidents occur. Besides this, there are no signs to warn drivers coming from Kacyiru to slow down while joining the main road.
