And who said that leggings are out of fashion? Well here they are. Graphic print leggings along with knee high socks are making the come back into women’s wardrobes. Female fashionistas seem to enjoy this old-turned-new style and often wear leggings, matching them with flats, stiletto heels, layered necklaces, scarves, dresses, and bags. They are worn with pride and an elegant air by women and girls on informal functions, evenings out, parties and weekends. Leggings are no longer considered a thing for only celebrities, models or slender girls. Today, all women and girls of all body shapes and ages have embraced the trend. The trend has become a fundamental aspect of a woman’s look. Its mission is not limited to practicality, it is chic and complements the wearer‘s qualities and style. “I often see women wearing leggings. At such moments the question arises in my mind: do they really feel comfortable wearing such kind of clothing?” Dickson Mulisa says. Mulisa should be told by the trends’ lovers that they are practical and comfortable. Despite the fact that girls can certainly do without trousers, this craze has become so popular in many boutiques in the country. “The reason why some women are obsessed with leggings is because they make them look hotter than when they wear ordinary trousers,” Josephine Mukamujema said. “Besides, they are cheaper.” Being smart in leggings is all about getting it right. Pair them with flip-flops, a funky beaded necklace, a striped scarf, an oversize bag and shades. You can also wear leggings under a mini or with a tunic, and paired with chic boots and layered necklaces. Leggings need only a bag to complete your hip look.
