Editor, I would like to comment on Didier Drogba’s Wednesday attack on referee Tom Henning in the tunnel at Stanford Bridge after his TEAM’S failure to qualify to the Champions’ League final. The Ivorian striker abused the ref verbally in front of all cameras. This is a total shame to Africa and other young African players. Drogba is supposed to be setting a good example to the young upcoming African PLAYERS. After the attack, the striker now faces a huge ban from UEFA. The former African player of the year has shown a bad image and he should APOLOGISE to the ref and the whole world for HIS actions. Kacyiru
