The Rwanda Kung-Fu Wushu Federation will hold a tournament this weekend as part of their activities to commemorate the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. The event which will be held at the Kimisagara Youth Center will see participants battling in different age categories with prizes at stake. Kung-Fu Wushu which is a self defence sport is one of the most popular sports in Rwanda with a lot of the youth embracing it. This is the first time the tournament is being held in the past two years due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
