Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources, Dr Jean-Chrysostome Ngabitsinze, joined top officials from Heifer International, including Randi Hedin, Chairperson of Heifer Board of Directors, and Pierre Ferrari, president and CEO of Heifer International, in touring a new modern processing factory for Gicumbi farmers from the IAKIB Cooperative. The factory was built with support from Heifer International to boost milk production and the welfare of the farmers.
