KIVUMBI King, a renowned Rwandan lyricist, poet and rapper, is set to perform in Belgium and Poland. The artiste will be part of the ‘Rock Your Body’ concert which is scheduled to take place in Poznan, Poland on April 30, and in Brussels, Belgium on May 14. Talking to this publication, Kivumbi says that he has been eagerly looking forward to shows like this, which usher him into the international arena to showcase some of his best projects to people from different areas of the world. “We have been cooking a lot and it’s time to make the world listen,” Kivumbi says, adding “Any music lover around the world deserves to have a taste of what the young generation is making and this tour is in line with the movement of making Rwandan music international.” The rapper also reveals that he is going to release an extended play (EP) after the tour, which will be following his most successful album dubbed ‘DID’ that had bangers like ‘Nakumena Amaso’, ‘Away’, ‘Sweet Love’ and many others. “We’re going to party like no one has ever done it before,” Kivumbi says, promising his fans a great show.
