Chadian President General Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno and the Chairman of Chads Transitional Military Council this afternoon arrived in Rwanda for a two day state visit. President Deby, alongside his delegation were received by Minister of Foreign Affairs Vincent Biruta at the Kigali International Airport. UPDATE: Foreign minister @Vbiruta welcomed Gen. President Deby’s visit comes at a time both countries are looking to deepen bilateral ties in various sectors. They include economic, security matters among others. In August last year, Minister Biruta delivered a message from President Kagame to the Chadian President.
