Police FC central defender Issah Yakubu is sure his side can overcome their 2-0 first deficit against CS Constantine in Kigali and progress to the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup. Vincent Mashami’s side lost 2-0 in the first leg of the competition’s first round at the Stade Mohammed Hamalaoui on August 17, and Yakubu is confident they can turn the tie around when the two teams meet in Kigali on Sunday, August 25. Yakubu, 26, joined Police FC from Malian giants Stade Malien in the ongoing transfer window. He was instrumental as they reached the quarter finals of the CAF Confederation Cup in the 2023/24 season.
